I ordered a sample of a custom Oracle Deck to inspect the quality of the product before ordering a mass quantity. I provided high resolution images. The ordering process was easy. When the deck was complete, i was sent some pictures and noticed the color was not right. I asked for more pictures but was told the cards had already been packaged for delivery. The agent assured me the color was okay. When they arrived, I was very disappointed. The cards were very dark. When I contacted the agent, she said the sample had been printed on a different machine, but the color would be better when printed on the machine used for mass quantities. ummmm..? The whole point of ordering the sample is to inspect the quality of the product and develop trust with the printer. They delivered me a poor quality product and then expected me to proceed with a mass order. When I requested a sample from the machine they would use for the mass order, I was denied. Very frustrating.
